Very nice apartment for 2 adults and 4 children. Location between Gatwick Airport and Central London was excellent.

The quality of the Lounge and kitchen was excellent, the bedroom was reasonable and comfortable it was a shame the bathroom did not match.

Very well equipped apartments in a quiet setting.
We hadn't realised that the area could only be reached by train rather than by tube when we booked.

Very good value for money. Comfortable for a family of five. Nice quiet location. Parking onsite. Excellent Indian takeaways in Croydon but a good 20 minute walk away.
A bit of a distance from Central London. To get to London one needs to take a train. The station is about a ten minute walk from the apartment.

own facilities to make breakfast and organise food and drinks yourself. small grocery shops in walking distance. Finally we found out that via East C. travel time to the city is 20 min. Via West C. 45 min. Car park on property is very convenient.
Ikea furniture is not sturdy enough for apartment use. No guide to use TV and Internet so Starbucks and McD had to do that connectivity job. Bring chair 5 and 6 with you for breakfast table use.

Good location and value for money. We spent 5 nights, travelling via Gatwick. Train to Gatwick, Victoria or London Bridge goes every 20 minutes and takes 20 minutes to go. Kitchen is well furnished.
Weak Internet signal. Booked one-bedroom appartment for 4 people, as stated in the presentation. In fact got 1 double bed and one sofa, what was not so much convenient for 4 adults.

Fully equipped apartment clean, comfortable, 5 minutes by feet to all public transport, quiet,... really great for short-term!!
we did not have enough bed covers, the wifi did not work correctly, no breakfast possible in a near restaurant, there was no bath towels (although announced) and not really sound proof (you hear all movements of neighbours)

The apartment was clean tidy and had all the items needed for a self catering stay. The train station is close and shops available. We would use this apartment again should we visit london.

Good location, only 5 minutes from train station, a plus with children. Clean beds and nice bedding.
For a fully equipped apartment there was no fridge, so had to throw a lot of food away. Could do with some cosmetic updating, just a lick of paint would improve the look.

The parking space is free and the East Croyden Station to London Central (Victoria) is not far away. There are a few shops for food and groceries nearby.
Received an e-mail from the hotel managment that the keys are to be found at the main door, locked in a secure box with security code (the security code was provided in the e-mail). But when we arrived there was no key. We have to call to get the manager to provide us with the keys. We have to wait outside with kids. The Wi-Fi is not working, we had tried with 3 laptops but it just would not connect.

The apartment was superb although guests would probably be better with their own transport as it's quite far south of London city centre.

Clean and new apartment, well mannered and hospitable landlord. Kitchen well supplied.
Location, but good train connection and good value rent in London.
